Spare ribs recipe video - Home made Deep fry spare ribs


A quick and easy deep fry of spare ribs. The result is crispy and full of garlic and chili flavor.
This makes an excellent family dinner.

Ingredients:
-1 lb pork spare ribs
-garlic, red chili
-soy sauce, oyster sauce
-bread crumb, all purpose flour

Step 1: Spare ribs cut into strip and marinate with soy sauce, oyster sauce, finely shop garlic,
red chili pepper and 1 tsp sugar.
Step 2: After mixed it up all the ingredients and put the marinated ribs into the fringe for one hr.
Step 3: After one hr. we coat it with bread crumb.
Step 4: Heat the oil, put all the rib into the hot oil. Keep turning and Allow it around for 2-1/2 mins each side until golden brown. Drain the oil with paper tower and serve.

Chinese food restaurant - Amazing Shanghai "Tam-Tam" noodle

"Tam-Tam" noodle is the Sichuan specialty snacks.
In Toronto, it is easy to find a Shanghai restaurant but hard to
find a good one. Today, I have one in Markham area, they has done the best local Tam-Tam noodle, with peanut sauce, chopped green and red chili oil. The noodle absorb the flavor of the sauce, and the soup is just right. Incense and eat together sweet and spicy, it's unbelievable.

At last, you cannot miss my favorite dessert "egg white pastry stuffed with black sesame" outside covered by sugar power.
Once you bite the warm puffy pastry, you will feel the hot melted black sesame paste leaking to your taste buds one by one. The sweetness is so perfect. I was indulged to this dessert even I was so full and cannot control myself to have few more.....

The restaurant itself decorated with traditional Chinese dim sum container, it's fancy and creative !! Next time if you travel in Toronto, and let me know I will show you where it is.

Shrimp stir fry with vegetables recipe videos


A speedy stir-fry made using Chinese vegetables - water chestnuts, bamboo shoots and shrimp have a pleasant crunchy "bite". You need to work quickly, so have everything prepared before you start cooking. This is a really easy, tasty supper dish cooked within 30 mins.

Ingredients :
-water chestnuts slide
-bamboo shoots
-bok choi
-snow pea
-red pepper
-shrimp

Sauce:
-cornstarch 2 tsp, rice cooking wine 3 tsp, soy sauce 2tsp, sesame oil 3tsp and salt/pepper

Step 1 :
Heat the oil in a preheated wok, and add shrimp and a touch of salt/pepper and let it sizzle for one min both side.
Step 2: Stir in all the water chestnuts first and then bamboo shoots following with bok choi and the remain vegetables reduce the heat and cook for about 1-1/2 mins covered.
Step 3: Pour the mixed sauce blend well for 30 sec. until the sauce has thickened and serve.

Tofu recipe video - Deep fried tofu with spicy sauce


Tofu has a pleasant creamy texture, which contains high calcium vitamin D and beneficial amounts of iron. There is a wide variety of tofu available - silky, firm, or hard... In Asian cooking, tofu can be eaten in raw, stewed, stir-fried, in soup, cooked in sauce, or stuffed with fillings.....

Ingredients:
-Medium soft tofu
-Bread Crumb
-Garlic chopped
-Green onion chopped
-basil chopped
-Red chili pepper
-small shrimp 10-12pcs
-fish sauce or soy sauce

Step 1: Cut the tofu into square and toss with bread crumb on both side.
Step 2: Fill the pan with boiling oil, and dump the tofu to
fry. Cook for 1 min. each side until golden.
Step 3: Transfer it to the plate. Add oil again,
and put the chopped garlic, green onion, red chili, shrimp and basil.
Stir well for 30 sec and pour the fish sauce 3 tsp, sugar 1 tsp. cook for another 30 sec.
Step 4: Pour all the sauce on the top of the deep fried tofu. This is
unbelievable crispy outside and moisture inside with hot spicy taste !

Wonton soup recipe videos


This is a very delicate and delicious soup, with any meat and vegetable simply and quickly prepared in a pot. In China, wonton soup is almost a meal in itself which is so popular and welcome
for everybody !!

Ingredients:
-Wonton wrappers
-ground pork or ground chicken
-salt/pepper
-1/2 tsp finely chopped ginger
-1 tsp garlic finely chopped
-1/2 cornstarch
-slide mushroom
-2 cups of vegetable or bok choi
-coriander

Step 1: Mix the ground pork with salt & pepper, ginger & garlic, cornstarch.
Step 2: place about 1 tsp of filling (pork) at the centre of each wonton skin.
Wet the edges and press them together with your finger to seal, then fold
it over.
Step 3: Prepare the boiling chicken broth in the pot and add the mushroom, then the wontons and cook for 2-3 mins. until they all floating on the surface of the broth.
Step 4: Put the vegetable and coriander at the end for about 30 sec. and ready to serve !!

Fried noodle recipe videos - Flat noodle w/pork & Veg


Noodles are the original fast food in Chinese eating culture and are eaten on almost every possible occasion. They can be braised, deep-fried and stir-fired in combination with vegetables, meat, poultry and seafood. Today, I pick the flat white noodle in stead of regular egg noodle. You can
also buy it easily in Chinese supermarket.


Ingredients:
-one pack of flat noodle
-veg. oil or olive oli
-soy sauce
-slice pork or any slice meat
-green union
-red pepper
-chinese broccoli
-soy bean paste

Sauce A :
-2 tsp sugar
-1 tsp fish sauce/or soy sauce instead
-1 cup of chicken broths
-1 tsp soy bean paste

Step 1 : Heat the pan with oil and stir fry the noodle for
1 mins. and add 1 tsp soy sauce. Stir fry another 30 sec.
Transfer the noodle to a dish an keep warm.
Step 2: Heat the oil and add garlic, green onion, red pepper and slice pork
stir fry it for 2 mins.
Step 3: Mix in the "sauce A" with the chinese broccoli cook for
another 1 mins.
Step 4: Pour the corn starch water ( 1 tsp corn starch mix with 1/2 cup of water)
until the sauce become a little bit thicken and topped to the noodle. Taste GOOD !!

Kung Pao Chicken recipe video


Kung Pao is a famous dish in Szechuan cuisine, originating in Province of central-western China. The taste of the red hot chili pepper leads a spicy hot note to the chicken along with the vegetable and fresh peanuts or cashew nuts is a typical element of Sichuan cooking.

Ingredients:
-Boneless Chicken beast
-sesame oil
-seafood sauce (Chinese hoi-sin sauce)
-plum sauce
-soy sauce
-teriyaki sauce
-Red chili pepper
-Green onion
-ginger
-garlic
-peanut or cashew

Step 1: cut the chicken into small cubes.
Marinade the chicken with salt and pepper and dusted with cornstarch for
10 mins.
Step 2: Hot the oil in the pan or wok,
fried the red chili to add fragrance to the oil.
Remove the chili when it turns golden brown.
Step 3: Add the ginger, garlic and the chicken.
and stir-fry for 2-3 mins. Then put the cooked
chili back to the chicken.
Step 4: Pour off the mixture
of seafood sauce 3 tsp,plum sauce 3tsp and soy sauce 2tsp.
Stir-fry it for 30 sec.
Step 5: Thicken everything with cornstarch water and put
a few drops of sesame at the end and serve.
